CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Michael Dimalanta, MBA

As a business technology consultant for one of the Big Four accounting firms, Michael has advised some of the world's largest pharmaceutical, life sciences, manufacturing, insurance, and power/utilities corporations. He specializes in business strategy development and data management in support of new product introduction, product pricing, market optimization, cost control, organizational governance, and regulatory compliance. He has specific expertise in project management and risk mitigation for meeting and adapting to new FDA requirements on imported/exported medical devices and drugs.

Edgardo B. Buluran

Edgardo has over 33 years of experience in the textile industry with specialization in dyeing formulation and color matching of textile materials. He has held technical, management, and Vice-President level positions in a variety of international companies, including Continental Nishjin (Osaka, Japan), Yarn Venture Resources/Mitsubishi Rayon (Hiroshima, Japan), K-Phil/Kyung-il Wool (Seoul, South Korea), Habib Knit Fabrics (Karachi, Pakistan), and Indophil Acrylic Manufacturing Corp., (Marilao, Bulacan, Philippines).

Jocelyn L. Buluran

Jocelyn has over 42 years of college teaching experience. Her areas of interest are General Inorganic Chemistry, Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry. She co-authored the 2017 Edition of General Chemistry II used by college and senior high school students in Our Lady of Fatima University, Philippines.

Adiel Inah B. Trinidad

LICENSED CHEMIST

Adiel has over 13 years of extensive experience in technical writing and patent abstracting with specialization in Chemistry and Applied Science and Technology. Specifically, she has worked on a variety of scholarly journals, patents, and academic articles related to Food Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Polymers, Pharma-bio, and Metallurgy and Materials.

CIVIL ENGINEER

Jose Miguel Y. Caritos

Jose has experience in project management and construction for global electronic component manufacturing. Specifically, he has been responsible for the expansion and construction of production buildings, substation facilities, wastewater treatment plants, and solar power installations for large (up to 78,000 sqm) manufacturing plant operations that are committed to 100% operation on renewable energy sources. As part of his project management process, he studies project specifications, performance standards, pertinent regulations, and customer requirements to produce successful management plans.

Val Cabildo Caritos

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Val received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Perpetual Help College of Biñan, Laguna, Philippines and has held a variety of positions from project and facilities management at the Asian Computer College and Carco Builders, to running his own business. He has significant experience in mechanical and electrical design, with a focus on manufacturability, sustaining engineering, and project management. His business management experience includes financial planning, cost control, efficiency/productivity optimization, regulatory oversight, trend analysis, strategy and contingency development.
